This training program provides management teams with a tested five-step planning method as well as hands-on, multi-stage crisis scenarios to test their judgment as well as communication skills.

Managing Public Meetings

This course, which includes managing community relations, shows how to approach a meeting where contentious situations may develop. Using role playing and case studies, participants learn the psychology of hostile behavior, how to disarm it and turn it into usable input.
